FAQ: What an end to federal funding for public radio would mean for WYEP

WYEP announces 8 free shows as part of new Neighborhood Concert Series

WYEP brings free live music to eight Pittsburgh-area communities with our new Neighborhood Concert Series. The next will be at Cadence Clubhouse in Allison Park with Snacktime, Clover County and Kashus Culpepper!

WYEP is bringing more free live music to the Pittsburgh region this year, with our Neighborhood Concert Series!

For each show in our Neighborhood Concert Series, we’ll be partnering with venues and community organizations to host Pittsburgh-based bands, as well as up-and-coming national artists. And because we’ll be in all different communities, it’s a great opportunity for you, friends and family to explore a new place and hear some incredible music!

The next in our new series will be on May 10 at Cadence Clubhouse in Allison Park. Join us that night for performances from Snacktime, Clover County and Kashus Culpper!

Doors will open at 4:30 p.m., and music will start at 6 p.m.

We are excited to share the lineups for the rest of the series soon.

Here’s where we’ll be:

  • May 10: Snacktime, Clover County and Kashus Culpepper, Cadence Clubhouse - 9999 Kummer Rd Suite 1, Allison Park, PA 15101. Event starts at 4:30 p.m. | Music begins at 6 p.m.

WYEP, the station where the music comes first, is committed to supporting local musicians while championing diverse music experiences for people in and around Pittsburgh. The Neighborhood Concert Series strives to enlighten, entertain, and connect music fans where they live.

Here are some highlights from our April 24 show with Merce Lemon and Animal Scream at The Crafthouse Stage and Grill in Baldwin, Pa.

The Neighborhood Concert Series is made possible thanks to generous supporters of the WYEP Live Music Fund.
