National Toy Hall of Fame

Today's cool kids segment is brought to you by the letter M! "M" stands for Meeting of Important People, who wrote a song called "Brittney Lane Don't Care". Of course, Brittney Lane Don't Care isn't exactly grammatically correct, but how can we fault the band for their creative licenses?

The same should be true for our children, who have been known to make a mistake or two. They're still learning the language after all, and if our kids grow up to making only the same "mistakes" as Meeting of Important People, well, they could be a lot worse off.

Here’s to good (although technically incorrect) song writing, and learning children! At least their spelling ain’t that bad! The music video for Meeting of Important People’s song “Brittney Lane Don’t Care” is below, and it features the band playing cardboard instruments in a cardboard city. Kids should enjoy that too, since the cardboard box was inducted into the National Toy Hall of Fame in 2005!
