Paul Revere Of The Raiders Dies At 76

Paul Revere of Paul Revere and the Raiders loses his battle with cancer on October 4th at the age of 76. Revere has been touring and performing even up to this year despite fighting cancer and it was only this summer that he took the advice of his doctors and took a break, remaining optimistic however he made a statement on Facebook to his fans, “Even though I’ve had some health issues nothing can stop the old man, I’m like the energizer bunny!”.  Revere was with his family at their home in Idaho at the time of his death. Paul Revere and the raiders have been performing since the 60’s and have experienced commercial success with songs such as “Indian Reservation”, “Kicks”, and “Louie, Louie”.
