Pittsburgh Area Theatre Organ Society presents "Metropolis"

One of the most visually stunning movies ever made, this 1927 silent film is set in a futuristic city where the gap between rich and poor has become huge --- and follows the love affair between a privileged young man and a working girl.

Clark Wilson, one of the finest practitioners of the art of silent film scoring, will accompany the screening on Pittsburgh's only Mighty Wurlitzer Theatre Pipe Organ.

Tickets are $15 at the door. Presented by the Pittsburgh Area Theatre Organ Society, which is dedicated to preserving the glorious heritage of the theatre pipe organ and to presenting this wondrous musical instrument to the general public in concerts and other programs throughout the year.
