A Clockwork Orange

Stanley Kubrick's 1971 A Clockwork Orange, based on the ANthony Burgess novella, is a social commentary on psychiatry, youth gangs, and society in general. The movie takes place in future Britain, where charismatic, ultra-violent delinquent ALex DeLarge is jailed and volunteers for an experimental aversion therapy developed by the government in an effort to solve society's crime problem... but not all goes to plan. IN 2008, the American Film Institute rated this movie as the 4th greatest science-fiction movie to date. 9:15 pm, Friday, Nov. 9th; 6:15 pm, SUnday, Nov. 11; and 7:30 pm, Wednesday, Nov. 14th
